地鐵車站eps應急電源系統方案分析

         隨著近年來全國各大城市地鐵線路的開通,越來越多的人選擇地鐵出行。地鐵作為人員密集型的公共場所,當發生火災或其他緊急情況時, 為了保障乘客和工作人員能夠安全疏散和救援工作的順利開展, 應急照明電源系統的設計和配置就顯得尤為重要。《地鐵設計規范》明確了車站應急照明是特別重要的一級負荷, 其供電方式應由雙電源雙回線路供電,并增設應急電源。結合目前國內地鐵情況,采用分散式電源的應急照明并不適合地下空間大面積的使用,對運營管理和維護工作帶來諸多不便, 并且后期維護成本較高。因此,應急照明基本采用集中供電方案,設置方案一般分為兩種: 即EPS 電源方案和由變電所交直流屏構成的“一體化”電源方案。
1 EPS 應急照明電源系統
根據車站建筑劃分的防火區域,分別在站廳、站臺照明配電室各設置一套EPS 電源裝置,EPS 的電源由車站變電所兩段低壓母線引來的兩路電源供電。正常時, 車站應急照明由EPS 的交流旁路供電;事故時,應急照明由EPS 的后備蓄電池經逆變器供電, 蓄電池容量應滿足事故時應急照明供電1.5h的要求。

方案特點:獨立EPS 方案的優點就在于“獨立”。由于應急照明是車站中特別重要的負荷, 特別在兩路電源失電或火災情況下,既要滿足乘客的迅速疏散和撤離,也要滿足消防和車
站工作人員救災要求, 所以獨立系統會為以上要求提供更高的可靠性。同時獨立設置EPS 系統不會因為一處故障造成大面積的失電而引起不必要的恐慌, 并大大提高地鐵事故處理
預案的實施性。地下車站的土建空間局限,EPS 電源裝置無需單獨考慮設備用房,一般設置在照明配電室內,從土建工程上也節省了投資。應急照明系統的監控由車站BAS/FAS 系統直接集中監控,可滿足實時性和速動性,同時接口也比較簡單。獨立EPS 方案由于增加了應急照明電源裝置的設置點,所以相應的維護工作量也會增加一些(主要是蓄電池管理),隨著技術的發展,EPS 電源裝置一般都集成了蓄電池管理軟硬件系統,可以就地和遠方實時監控每節電池,并定期地進行自動充放電,從而方便維護人員管理減輕維護工作量。同時地鐵各線的車站照明管理一般由各運營公司負責, 應急照明電源系統的管理由同一單位負責, 可以減少管理工作量和接口關系。

EPS 電源系統已經大量使用在地鐵、鐵路、公路等市政工程中,在民用建筑中也有很多的使用案例,該產品已經是一個非常成熟的產品,國內知名的廠家也較多,在滿足地鐵技術要方案工程實例。
2 “一體化”應急照明電源系統
在靠近車站變電所一端的應急照明電源裝置與車站變電所控制室內的交、直流屏進行合建(簡稱“一體化電源”),并共享后備蓄電池。一體化電源系統電源由車站變電所兩段低壓
